"Quinn's Court" Zobel Architects, under the watchful eye of Cape May's Historic Commission, took on the vision of Developer Mark Platzer to economically develop a small existing commercial site into a premier residential community. The architectural character of Cape May, and it's Victorian charm, was achieved through a courtyard design concept. Detailing and design elements such as historic gable roof lines, recessed carriage-style garage doors, and cedar shake-clapboard siding exteriors blend this six-unit attached home design in with the fabric that is Cape May. |
